Most companies selling 3D printed products are printing someone else's file, or they are a design studio that sends the job out. We do both ends, in one building in the Bay Area. That sounds like a detail until something needs to change.
We design it
Every product we sell started as our own drawing. Nothing here is a downloaded file or a rebadged part from another manufacturer.
We print it
Production runs on our own machines, a few steps from the desk the design came off. A revision does not mean renegotiating with a supplier.
We sell it directly
Each product line is our own brand, sold from this site. That is why we can hold popular options in stock and still build an uncommon one to order.
We hear the feedback
Support comes back to the same people who drew the part. It is the shortest path there is between a customer's problem and a design change.
