RC Car Display Stand FAQ

Go to the page for the stand you want and use the buy button. Checkout runs on Stripe, where you pick your base color, your accent color and your shipping region, and pay by card. You get a receipt immediately and we start printing. If you would rather see your combination priced first, use the configurator on the TE Racing page and it takes you to the same checkout.

At checkout. Stripe asks you for the base and rail color and for the shelf, sleeve and cap color before you pay, so your build comes through attached to the order. If you forget, or you want something we did not list, reply to your receipt and tell us before we start printing.

Shipping is a flat rate by region, added at checkout: $24 to the US West, $39 to the Central and Southern states, $59 to the East, and $75 to Alaska and Hawaii. Upgrade kits are a flat $9 nationwide. Allow 3 to 7 business days for us to print your build, then 2 to 6 business days in transit by USPS Ground Advantage.

Every stand is built to order and takes 3 to 7 business days before it ships. Transit is then 2 to 6 business days. If you need it by a specific race weekend, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether that is possible.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Email shon@towerenterpriseinc.com within those 14 days and we will walk you through it. Returns go back by mail and you pay the return shipping. If something arrives damaged or wrong, that is not a return, that is ours to fix: send a photo and we reprint the part at our cost.

Not through the checkout on this site. Every rate here is domestic USPS from San Jose, California. For anywhere outside the United States, email us with your address before ordering and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it costs.

Warm water, a little dish soap and a soft cloth. Avoid solvent based cleaners, brake cleaner and anything with acetone, which will attack the surface finish. Motor dust and tire marks come off easily, which is part of why black is the default base color.

Email us and tell us which part and what happened. Because we print every part ourselves, we can usually reprint a single shelf, sleeve or rail rather than telling you to replace the stand. That is the practical advantage of buying from the company that made it.

Custom colors outside the nine listed are worth asking about, since it depends on what we can source. Custom sizes are a bigger conversation and depend on the design work involved. Email us with what you have in mind and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

Yes. Designed, printed and packed in San Jose, California, and shipped from there. Nothing is drop shipped and nothing is rebadged from another manufacturer.
