1. Scale
1/10 is the common on road and off road size. 1/8 buggies and truggies need the wider fit.
2. Layer count
1/10 scale is offered in single, double or triple layer.

The modular rail spine behind every configuration. Layers bolt onto the same rails, which is why a single can become a triple without a new stand.
TE QuickExpand
Start at one car and expand to two or three whenever the shelf fills up. The upgrade kit is $25 and uses the rails already on your stand.
TE PowerDock
The base is not dead space. It will hold an RC regenerative discharger and a charger assembly for 4S batteries. For nitro cars there is room for your controller.
TE FoldLock
The folding mechanism. Folds flat in seconds, no tools, nothing that unscrews and disappears into the carpet at the track.
TE ShelfGrip
Anti slip pads on every shelf. The car stays where you put it and the chassis does not pick up scratches from the shelf itself.

What each color covers, and the numbers
People get this wrong when they order, so here it is in pictures. Your first color is the structure. Your second color is the shelves, sleeves and caps.
Color 1: base & side rails
This is the structural half of the stand. It covers the base plate that sits on your table and the lower, middle and upper side rails that carry the load. Available in black, dark grey or clear.
Black is the default for a reason. It hides tire marks and motor dust better than anything else, which matters on a part that lives under the car.

Color 2: shelves, sleeves & caps
This is the visible half. It covers the shelves the car sits on, the sleeve covers that slide over the rails, and the caps on top of each upright. Nine colors.
This is where people match the stand to a body, a team color or a sponsor. Teal and orange are the two we build most often.

What is the difference between the single, double and triple RC car stand?
Layer count, and nothing else. All three sit on the same base and the same TE FlexRail rails, so they occupy the same footprint on your pit table and only differ in height. Each tier adds a shelf and the stand grows with it, so contact us for the exact height of the build you want. Prices are $79, $99 and $119 for 1/10 scale.
Can I add a layer to a TE Racing stand later?
Yes, that is what TE QuickExpand is for. A $25 upgrade kit adds the next set of rails, sleeve and shelf, so a single becomes a double and a double becomes a triple. You do not buy a new stand and you keep the base and colors you already chose.
Which colors can I choose on a TE Racing stand?
Two choices. The base and the lower, middle and upper side rails come in black, dark grey or clear. The shelves, side sleeve covers and top cap come in nine colors: red, green, purple, navy blue, blue, yellow, orange, pink and teal.
Does the TE Racing stand fit 1/8 scale RC cars?
Yes, in single and double layer. The 1/8 single is $89 and the 1/8 double is $109. Triple layer is offered for 1/10 scale only, because three 1/8 cars stacked on one base puts more weight higher than we are willing to sell as a display stand.
Does the price include tax and shipping?
No. The price you see in the configurator is the stand itself. Tax and shipping are calculated on your shipping address at checkout, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
How much does shipping cost and can I return a stand?
Shipping is a flat rate by region added at checkout: $24 to the US West, $39 to the Central and Southern states, $59 to the East, and $75 to Alaska and Hawaii. Upgrade kits are a flat $9 nationwide. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, by mail, with return shipping paid by you. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.
