Terms of Service

1. Who you are buying from

TE Racing Products is a product line of Tower Enterprise Inc, a 3D manufacturing company based in San Jose, California. Orders placed through this site are fulfilled by Tower Enterprise Inc. Questions go to shon@towerenterpriseinc.com.

2. Stock and build times

Every stand is built to your selection, which takes 3 to 7 business days before the parcel is handed to USPS.

Color and finish

Colors shown on this site are photographs, screen renderings and diagrams. Color can vary slightly between production batches, and 3D printed surfaces have visible layer lines by nature. Neither is a defect.

Dimensions and fit

Published dimensions are for the stand itself. Scale classifications such as 1/10 and 1/8 are a guide, not a guarantee that a specific chassis fits. If fit matters, measure your car and email us before ordering. We would rather answer that question than process a return.

3. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax. Shipping is added at checkout at the flat regional rate published on the shipping and returns page. Sales tax is applied where required. Payment is processed by Stripe; Tower Enterprise Inc does not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage from San Jose, California. Transit time is typically 2 to 6 business days after production, and is not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email shon@towerenterpriseinc.com and we will make it right.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Email shon@towerenterpriseinc.com within those 14 days. Returns go back by mail and the return shipping is paid by you. Once the item arrives with us in resaleable condition we refund the price of the item to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded. 6. What is not included

You are buying the stand. RC cars, battery chargers, power supplies and any other equipment shown in photographs on this site are there to show scale and are not part of any order. The TE PowerDock provides storage for your own charger and power supplies; it does not include them.

7. Intellectual property

The TE Racing name, the Tower Enterprise Inc name and marks, the product designs, the photographs and the content of this site belong to Tower Enterprise Inc. Products are sold for personal use. Reproducing, copying or reselling the designs is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

TE Racing display stands are storage and display furniture for model vehicles. Use them as described: load the heaviest vehicle on the lowest shelf, carry the stand by its base, and do not exceed the stated car capacity. To the extent permitted by law, Tower Enterprise Inc is not liable for damage to vehicles, equipment or property arising from misuse, overloading or modification of a stand. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top.
